The simple notion of diversity in the London workplace was considered a fringe area of recruitment, indulged in by a handful of American banks in a non-systemic manner, and broadly ignored by non-American firms. Although diverse recruitment is not niche anymore, today it is no longer just about diverse recruitment either, says Andrew Fairbairn.
