Nathalie Richards
Chief Executive Officer
Nathalie joined SEO London in May 2022, after a two-decade strong and varied career in consulting, education, and the third sector. She is the founder of EduKit, a social enterprise dedicated to helping schools to improve the mental health and wellbeing of their students, as well as a trustee of Virgin Unite, the charitable foundation of the Virgin brand and the Branson family.

Chang Yate Tan
Chief Programme Officer
Chang has a close affiliation to SEO London, being an alum from the Class of 2005 where SEO London gave him his shot at breaking into finance with an internship at JPMorgan. He joined Lehman Brothers in their Graduate Analyst class of 2006 and transitioned over to Nomura after the collapse of Lehman, thus having a career within finance for eight years prior to joining SEO London.

Duncan Perry
Chief Operating Officer
Duncan is a senior business leader and lawyer with 30-year track record of expertise gained with blue chip global financial institutions and top tier law firms. After his time at Magic Circle and White Shoe law firms in London and New York, Duncan worked in legal, compliance and the governance arena within large and small financial service institutions. He was the Global General Counsel at Barclays Wealth and one of the early founders at several FinTech’s in London and India.

Marina Novis
Head of Real Estate Programme
Marina started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the marketing and business development team, firstly in Sydney and then in London. She then did an MBA at Columbia Business School in New York and worked for Prudential Plc as their Investor Relations Manager for six years. Following a career break to have children, and before joining SEO London, Marina became an Interview Coach for Smart Works, a clothing and coaching charity which supports unemployed women.

Marissa Charles
Head of Investment Banking and Asset Management Programme
Marissa has had a career spanning over 25 years and across a variety of industries from finance, engineering, charity to investment. Her greatest strength is networking and community building. She is genuinely interested in others and uses that interest to forge strong relationships with individuals, both internally and externally.

Andrew Crisp
Programme Manager, Beyond Barriers
Andy graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2011 with a BA in International Relations and Modern History before moving to London in 2012. Prior to working at SEO London Andy has spent the last ten years working for a range of different youth-focused charities. Most recently, Andy worked at UpRising Leadership and held responsible for leading on the charity’s employability programmes.

Ray Shami
Head of Outreach
Ray has been involved in the third sector working across several charities, NGOs and grassroot organisations in the education, employment, refugee integration and LGBTQ+ advocacy sectors. Some of his previous roles are Director of Outreach and Social Affairs, Integration Counsellor, Educator and Senior Employment and Integration Adviser. Ray’s journey starting from his hometown in Syria and across a few countries had led him to SEO London where he is pursuing his passion for outreach and social impact in the brilliant space of diversity and inclusion.

Neve Godfrey-Clark
Programme Manager (interim), City Solicitors Horizons
Neve graduated from the University of York with a Sociology degree in 2021, focusing on topics such as social class and gender inequalities. She is keen to help students from socially mobile backgrounds succeed and level the playing field.

Iris Cepero
Director Communications and Marketing
Iris is a very experienced, versatile, and driven journalist, communications, and public relations professional, with 20 years of experience working in international marketing communications, PR, as well as the media and the publishing industry. She has worked for the private, public, and non-for-profit sectors, and in organisations of all sizes and industries, ranging from global corporations to small charities in the UK, Spain, India and Cuba. She also served as a diplomat in India. Her articles have been published in general, academic and specialised publications in Europe, the USA and Latin America.

Jessica Wallis
Programme Manager, SEO Schools
Jess graduated with a Psychology degree (with a learning and development focus) from the University of Portsmouth in July 2015 and worked for the charity Education and Employers for two years before joining SEO London, she is passionate about providing equal opportunities to young people.
