WHAT IS IT?
The Tech Developer Programme is an intensive 8-week training programme for first year students studying computer science or software engineering. The programme will speed up the development of the technical and soft skills required for internship tech roles in leading companies. Participants who complete the program will successfully interview for technology internships in their second year of study. We would suggest an initial pilot cohort of 25 students and the programme will run over 8 weeks beginning in July 2023.

WHO IS IT FOR?
This programme is prioritised for SEO London registered:

First year students* studying computer science, software engineering or relevant degree (can be in 2nd year if on a 4-year degree course)

Ethnic minority and/or low socioeconomic background.
*The programme will run in the summer at the end of first year so students are trained and ready to apply for tech internships at the beginning of their second year.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS
