Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) London is a not-for-profit organisation focused on improving access into the most competitive professions for students from under-represented ethnic minority backgrounds.  Every year SEO provides hundreds of outstanding undergraduates with not only direct access to the very best graduate employers in the City and beyond but also a comprehensive training, mentoring and networking programme to ensure that exposure leads to graduate opportunities. More than 80% of the 1,850 undergraduates that SEO has helped to secure internships with partner firms since its establishment in 2000 have gone on to receive graduate positions with SEO partner firms.  In 2011-12 SEO will provide more than 750 internships and graduate opportunities with 35+ of the UK’s best graduate employers for students in every year of study.

SEO now provides opportunities for undergraduates in ALL years of study.
