  • Undergraduates in their 2nd or 3rd year of study

  • Graduation year 2024-25

  • Any degree discipline

  • Non London-based applicants accepted

Eligibility

SELECTION PROCESS

  • Applications are now closed.  
     

  • You will be notified of the outcome of your application after the closing date has passed.  
     

  • Your application must be supported by:
    - Answers to our written questions submitted via SEO London’s student portal 
    - An up-to-date CV submitted via SEO London’s student portal 
     

  • To improve your chances of submitting a successful application we advise each applicant to attend an application drop in session on Zoom where we will be explaining the application process and what to expect during the Academy.  
     

  • Details for the Zoom drop in sessions will be shared via email / Whatsapp. 
     

  • Priority will be given to applicants who have previously attended an SEO London Real Estate programme event. 

Selection Process

SYLLABUS

  • Join us every Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime from 1:00pm - 3:30pm from 3-26 October for four intensive weeks introducing you to the fundamentals of Real Estate, the different asset classes and RE financing – PLUS receive a recognised certificate upon completion.

  • Benefit from Real Estate Modelling Training run by the people who train the experts.

  • Learn all you need to know about the state of the industry: the macro/micro outlook/ESG/Decarbonisation/Prop Tech/Real Estate Law and other hot topics.

  • Invest in your personal and professional development and receive tailored CV and application support.
