WHAT IS IT?
The Insurance Academy is an immersive education programme focusing on a deeper exploration of the Insurance sector. It is designed to help you gain a competitive edge through learning, networking and access to elite firms (including Lloyd’s, Hiscox, Ascot, Chaucer, Howden, Atrium, CNA Hardy and more!) and prepare you for the fast-paced graduate and internship recruitment period.

*Students who attend both days of the Insurance Academy will be prioritised for attending Insurance Programme events and are more likely to be recommended to our sponsor firms.
WHO IS IT FOR?WHAT DOES THE
ACADEMY COVER?
This programme is prioritised for SEO London registered students that are looking to secure an internship or graduate role at a specialist insurance firm.
Priority places will be given to students who have attended at least one SEO Insurance Event (Masterclasses, Insight Days, Step Into Insurance, etc.) and refer other students to apply for the Insurance Academy.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Due to the high level of exposure and tailored support, the Insurance Academy has a limited capacity. Consequently, students must apply and are not guaranteed a place. However, to maximise your chances of securing a place here is some key information:

Successful applicants need to demonstrate a basic-good understanding of specialist insurance and a good level of commercial awareness. This is assessed via two questions which require a video response. You will find resources to support you on the application form.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis: 100 places only.
