WHAT IS IT?
Summer Academy - Finance is an education programme focussed on a deeper exploration of investment banking, capital markets and asset management. It is designed to help you gain a competitive edge through learning, networking and access to elite firms and get you ready for the fast-paced internship recruitment period.

*Students who attend all 5 days and undertake a Mock AC will be prioritised for attending Masterclasses and are more likely to be Recommended to our sponsor firms.

Financial statements and more with WallStreetPrep
Markets: Sales & Trading and Research
Asset Classes: Equities, Credit, Rates, FX
Asset Management: Alternatives, Asset Management, ESG
Prep and deliver a stock pitch and work as a team on a group exercise.
As well as learning from industry professionals, you will hear from SEO Alumni who have carved out careers in finance and get advice and guidance for crafting the best applications.

If you did not attend a Spring Week, or convert your Spring Week, and want to make competitive Summer Internship applications for the 2025 intake, this programme is for you.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Due to the limited capacity on this programme, students have to apply and are not guaranteed a place. However, to maximise your chances of securing a place here’s some key information:

Students who have attended AT LEAST one SEO London Event (Employability Workshops, Coffee with SEO, all Spring into, other SEO Programmes) will be prioritised.

Successful applicants demonstrate basic-good understanding of finance and a good level of commercial awareness.
