Sitting alongside our Accelerator Programme, Women in Alternatives is a series of additional workshops and events for women interested in Alternatives.

The programme will:

Help you develop confidence to navigate interviews, networking and professional environments helping you communicate your story.
Gain exposure to senior women in Alternatives through panels and workshops, both in-person and online.
Connect you with a supportive peer network of like-minded women creating a safe space to share experiences and ask questions
Provide access to practical career support including CV reviews, interview preparation and 1-1 guidance.

SPOTLIGHT ON WOMEN IN ALTERNATIVES

We select high-potential participants for Accelerators based on their willingness to learn, interest and eligibility for the industry and their commitment to giving their time to support others.

To be eligible for an Accelerator you need to:

Be registered with SEO London and attended at least 5 hours of SEO events.
Have completed at least one internship.
Be in your final year.
