About the job:
what you'll be doing
We’re going through an exciting period of growth with our drinkers in more places and countries than ever before. We want to do this in the right way for both people and the planet. We’re on a journey to become good all round to inspire wider change in other businesses.. Over the last couple of years we’ve been hard at work building a brand new sustainable factory - ‘the blender’, launching our business in Asia and, to make all this work really well, we’ve put in a whole new set of new systems and processes. It’s an exciting time at innocent as we lay the ground for our future.
Now is the time to increase the automation in systems and the new sustainable factory, meaning everyone here at innocent can keep focused on creating amazing drinks for our drinkers all over the world. To do this we need some more brilliant people to help us build this future.
To do this we’re opening our Project Analyst recruitment again. We last ran this campaign back in 2020 and had 16 awesome people joined the team. We’re super proud of the work they delivered and the jobs they’ve all gone on to do. It’s time to do this again.
As a project analyst, you will join our various team across the business to help in this journey, this could be technology, business process design, finance, supply chain or manufacturing.

This project will help us automate:
our supply chain (from sourcing the fruit around the world through to shipping our bottles to retailers)
our sustainable factory (our first ever innocent factory)
by ensuring our systems simply work for all of us (easier said than done)
This is a unique chance to be involved in our large-scale business transformation project delivering state of the art systems.
Any experience in the design, development and testing of IT solutions would be advantageous but not essential at all. We will provide the training for the system specifics, so we are looking for people with:

An entrepreneurial approach - not waiting to be told, taking action, joining the dots and giving things a go. All while working through setbacks and staying positive when facing challenges
A growth mindset - to take on feedback, look for opportunities to develop and seeking to understand the why
The ability to see things through to completion and not miss a detail along the way.
Change agility- quick to get onboard, feel comfortable and self-confident with change or ambiguity
Ability to build strong relationships with a range of different people across the business
Willingness to travel to the Port of Rotterdam (our new sustainable factory)
An opportunity to learn about and work with some of the leading enterprise applications in the market. This opportunity is a fixed term role initially, but there may be an opportunity to explore a permanent role at the end of your contract.
As well as the standard stuff you get for turning up for work, we have some great clubs, a free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at.
If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon.
Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to. We're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.
We're all about building a workplace for the future here at innocent, we believe in equal opportunities and we celebrate diversity. We’re an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome, everyone can be natural, and be the best versions of themselves.
You’ll help us to keep doing business the right way – keeping innocent an inclusive and inspiring place to work, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change, and reinforcing our culture of staying little as we grow big.
