Investor Relations Analyst
About the job:
Aspect is dedicated to providing a world-class service to our client base which consists of some of the world's leading institutional investors. We have a strong reputation for client service and transparency and we view the Investor Relations function as a key part of the wider Business Development team. We are looking for someone to join the team to take on a high level of responsibility and exposure both internally and externally, proactively supporting the Sales team in the maintenance of Aspect’s relationships with its existing and prospective investors.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for frequent client communication including the preparation of responses to general client queries and attending calls/meetings
Have active involvement in the production of RFPs and DDQs
Assist with ongoing client reporting, updating client data within Aspect's CRM database and maintaining Aspect's profile, performance and contact information on industry databases
Ensure the robustness of processes and procedures within Investor Relations
Provide client support throughout subscription and redemption processes and administrative queries
Your experience:
1-3 years’ experience in a client relationship management or similar role
A strong academic record and excellent written and spoken English
Initiative, professionalism and a strong team ethic, and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to adhere to, and suggest improvements to, existing processes
A naturally enquiring mind and thirst for knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
