Atomico is built by founders for founders. Every single aspect of Atomico, every part of our culture, and every decision we take is designed with the ambition of helping founders succeed. We believe entrepreneurs are the ultimate agents of positive, transformational change across every aspect of our society and economy, and our mission is to spur this progress forward.

We are one of Europe’s largest venture capital firms, founded in 2006 by Skype co-founder Niklas Zennström, and today managing over $5B AUM. We partner with the most ambitious, mission-driven game-changing founders, and are proud backers of Klarna, Supercell, Messagebird, Graphcore, Pipedrive, Hinge Health and over 100 other companies.

If you want to be part of a team committed to partnering with game-changing founders and consciously scaling companies in the pursuit of solving world scale problems, then Atomico is the place for you. We are mission-driven, principles and purpose-led, guided by the simple belief that profit and purpose are mutually reinforcing, not mutually exclusive.

The Role:

The Atomico Angel Programme launched in 2018 as the first programme of its kind in Europe. It was launched with the aim of activating the next generation of diverse founders and investors across the European tech ecosystem. Since then, it has found success in both expanding the ecosystem of angel investors in Europe to include not only successful entrepreneurs and operators but also those who are aspiring to learn more about investing and working with Atomico.

On the other hand, Atomico's Seed Fund of Funds Programme, has been fostering a new generation of emerging fund managers for more than a decade. We’ve since committed to more than dozens of emerging and established early-stage fund managers from all across Europe as part of our Seed Fund of Funds programme.

For Atomico, the Angel and Seed FoF programmes continue to create value to expand our diverse community of founders and investors. Our new Analyst position will work to support these programmes. Their primary role will be to manage the day-to-day operations and help to build a community of founders and operators who are, or will become, a part of the Atomico network.

They will support the Programme Managers to ensure that both programmes operate at their highest capacity and continue to scale in ambition. This will include both executing and running the day-to-day operations of the programme and working across teams to ensure full alignment, such as the Investment Team, Insights, Engineering, Events, Finance and Legal.
