Infrastructure Analyst - Asset Management
About the job:
Roles and responsibilities:
• Support in preparation of all materials required for the reporting of the performance of the Direct Infrastructure portfolio to Allianz and third party investors in a consistent format and with content to be agreed with such parties
• Respond to ongoing queries from third party investors on asset performance or related topics
• Assist in creation of quarterly economic report / update to Allianz
• Liaise with stakeholders from investment teams and Allianz valuation team on biannual asset performance review
• Ensure that all materials required for ACP internally but also general Allianz and third-party investor reporting are consistent, complete and correct and engage with other departments within Allianz to ensure that their considerations are adequately reflected
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
• Academic degree in finance, economics, accounting or business administration preferable, but not mandatory
• Financial modelling proficiency not a prerequisite, but strong numeracy skills and interest in financial modelling and infrastructure valuation techniques an advantage
Internal
• First professional experience in asset management, investment banking or accounting advantageous
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Confident in liaising with various internal and external stakeholders
• Structured, organised approach to work, keen attention to detail / accuracy
• Curiosity and proactiveness in challenging the status quo
• Ability to stay focused and work under time pressure to meet deadlines
• German or other European language skills are a plus, but not required
