What you'll be doing


Do you enjoy helping people solve IT problems and getting to the bottom of a technical solution? Can you share this enthusiasm for technology in a non-techy way? Then read on.

We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT Helpdesk team to provide technical support for all our users across the UK, Europe and Asia.

You will be responsible for supporting Windows and Apple based hardware and software, whilst also troubleshooting issues face to face as well as remotely. Managing your tickets and workload, utilising your technical knowledge and developing great relationships with innocent staff across the whole business will be key to the role.

You'll have

As part of the IT Helpdesk team you must love helping people and interacting with end users. You’ll speak with users face to face and via MS Teams. It would be great if you can bring bags of enthusiasm for IT to this role.

You'll have an inquisitive nature and will want to get stuck into all of the different systems that support our business. It’s a fast-paced environment here and you'll be using your Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory knowledge every day.

Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you find solutions for our users’ tricky IT problems, finding the root cause of the issue and tackling those challenges with a positive attitude. You’ll be able to translate those complex problems into solutions and explain them in a simple way, so that we can all understand.

And to really tip the scales in your favour you’ll have great attention to detail, to ensure nothing is missed and our tickets are solved quickly.
