The role of Graduate Recruitment Co-ordinator sits within the EMEA Graduate Recruiting Team, spanning the Corporate Infrastructure, Global Markets and Investment Banking Teams. The team is responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining junior talent, through strategic initiatives across UK and European universities.
Job description:
The Co-ordinator will be aligned to Corporate Infrastructure (focusing on Technology, Risk divisions) and expected to provide support to the team at every step of the 360 recruitment cycle. Attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, organisational efficiency, commitment, strong oral and written communication skills and team-working are required for this role. Previous experience of working in a support function in a professional environment is desirable.
Team Related Tasks
Assisting the team with travel bookings, expense-reporting, invoice processing and candidate reimbursement
Inbox management and to relieve team of as much administration as possible
Campus Marketing: Presentations and Events
Administrative assistance with marketing and logistics for careers events, including name badges and creating interview packs
Tracking business participation at campus events
Attend recruitment events
Posting vacancies to campus portals
Recruitment
Assist in managing and maintaining our online application system
Bulk printing of CVs, creation and distribution of interview packs to the business and collating interview feedback
Interviews
Communicating with candidates via the on-line recruiting system, email or by telephone, as directed by the team
General support on interview days, ability to run interview schedules independently and liaise with candidates and the business where necessary
Providing feedback on the phone to candidates
Tracking business participation at interviews
Tracking and managing data around the interviewing and hiring process, and producing it in an accurate and timely fashion
Offer Process
Maintenance of database and filing system
Working with HR to ensure timely communication with candidates and dispatch of contracts
Tracking of offers to ensure signed contracts are returned to Nomura in a timely manner
Internship Programme Management
Administrative assistance of the summer internship programme, including training materials, tracking of candidate information and review process
Tracking attendance of interns and business representatives at all internship events
Supporting the offer process as above for our intern conversions
General
Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of the coordinator role may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.

Hours: 8:30 – 18:00 (flexibility required)
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required/ desired:
Solid academic background
Experience of working in support function in a financial services or professional services firm desirable
Hardworking with an ability to prioritise and multi-task, good time management
Highly organised and able to multi-task even under pressure
Detail oriented
Team player
Strong professional presence
Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise with staff of all levels
Flexibility around working hours: some events do run in the evenings
Must be willing to travel (e.g. campus season and the attendance of career fairs)
Excellent computer skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint).
