About the job:

The Team:



We are looking for a client support analyst to join our global BRS&T client success team in London to work alongside Product Consultants, Sales and Product Teams. The Client Success Team is responsible for supporting clients during the pre-sales activities, onboarding, training and ongoing post go-live support. It is a dynamic multicultural team with team members in HK, Malaysia, London, NY, Boulder and Raleigh.




The Impact:



Client Support Analyst interact with our clients day in/day out and therefore serve a crucial link between our commercial and technical teams. They are also a face of S&P Global therefore the impression they leave on our clients matter and must be top notch. S&P Global is a client centric organization and we pride ourselves in the exceptional client service this team provides.

Responsibilities:



  • Resolving clients’ inbound queries

  • Providing client training

  • Support sales with client demos

  • Performing software testing

  • Liaising between clients and product teams (providing feedback)

  • Documenting client interactions

  • Previous Client Facing Experience

  • Additional European Language is a bonus

  • Technically minded

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Someone with a lot of empathy

  • Someone confident yet friendly and professional

  • Willingness to help others
