Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Campus Recruiter for BAAM, Private Equity, Growth, Tactical Opportunities, Private Wealth Solutions, Infrastructure and Legal & Compliance (~25-30 hires per year)
Build relationships and partner with line of business key contacts to determine hiring needs and run efficient campus recruitment processes
Manage recruiting process for entire lifecycle including cv screening, reviewing of video interviews, drafting offers and preparing offer letters
Partner with RE Campus Recruiter to plan, execute and oversee the Summer Analyst programme
Go-to person for Summer Analysts and 1st Year Analysts for the aligned business areas (including organizing group training, running mid and end of internship meetings)
Partner with EMEA and global campus recruitment colleagues to ensure aligned processes across business groups and to ensure a consistent interview structure and evaluation of candidates
Ad-hoc scheduling of interviews (support also provided by COE resource)
Plan, execute and attend on-campus events
Build relationships with key universities and manage university partnerships
Workday management
Provide support for campus recruitment colleagues as required for scheduling, cv screening and holiday cover for team members when required
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a campus recruiting capacity; preferably in a financial services or other professional services environment
Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all constituents – candidates, university contacts and senior business leaders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
During peak seasons, willingness to travel as needed
Team player; collaborative
An eye for detail and strong follow through
Ability to stay calm under pressure and with a can do attitude
