Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Campus Recruiter for BAAM, Private Equity, Growth, Tactical Opportunities, Private Wealth Solutions, Infrastructure and Legal & Compliance (~25-30 hires per year)

• Build relationships and partner with line of business key contacts to determine hiring needs and run efficient campus recruitment processes

• Manage recruiting process for entire lifecycle including cv screening, reviewing of video interviews, drafting offers and preparing offer letters

• Partner with RE Campus Recruiter to plan, execute and oversee the Summer Analyst programme

• Go-to person for Summer Analysts and 1st Year Analysts for the aligned business areas (including organizing group training, running mid and end of internship meetings)

• Partner with EMEA and global campus recruitment colleagues to ensure aligned processes across business groups and to ensure a consistent interview structure and evaluation of candidates

• Ad-hoc scheduling of interviews (support also provided by COE resource)

• Plan, execute and attend on-campus events

• Build relationships with key universities and manage university partnerships

• Workday management

• Provide support for campus recruitment colleagues as required for scheduling, cv screening and holiday cover for team members when required

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a campus recruiting capacity; preferably in a financial services or other professional services environment

• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment

• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all constituents – candidates, university contacts and senior business leaders

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• During peak seasons, willingness to travel as needed

• Team player; collaborative

• An eye for detail and strong follow through

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and with a can do attitude
