At innocent we’re going through an exciting period of growth – broadening both our products portfolio and the geographies we operate within, getting our delicious drinks in the hands of more and more drinkers across Europe.
We’re looking for a logistics supply planner to join our logistics planning team (part of our supply chain team). You'll be responsible for ensuring logistics operations run smoothly. You'll be looking after all of our customs brokers and managing our paperwork across all different routes. You'll also be helping plan our trucks so that the right stock can get where it needs to be on time in full.
You'll be working closely with teams internally, including technical, finished goods planning as well as our brokers and manufacturing sites.
There will also be many opportunities for identifying improvements to current ways of working and processes with the wider supply planning team.
To succeed in our supply chain team, you’ll be enthusiastic, having cut your teeth in the business world, whether that be an internship, placement year, or previous role you’ll be ready to develop your career further at innocent - supply chain experience under your belt would be the cherry on top. You will be managing lots of different information sources so you’ll have to be highly organised and a whizz at multi-tasking.
You’ll keep on top of everything through your excellent time management and keen eye for detail. You'll be a natural at building strong relationships with the team here at Fruit Towers and our suppliers, and you’ll be someone who is confident presenting their ideas in front of others.
A really great candidate for this role will have:

- The ability to build relationships quickly and work cross functionally
- The ability to keep several plates spinning at once
This is the perfect role for someone looking to develop their Supply Chain career. You’ll get experience in the heart of the operations, seeing how all elements of our products come together and get to the shelf. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve your stakeholder management skills as you'll deal with many teams internally as well as externally. You’ll be the first point of contact for our key packaging suppliers.
We are also excited to be building our very own carbon-neutral, super-sustainable factory where we can make our drinks, from fruit to fruit-in-a-bottle, under one roof. The opening of our factory, coined ‘the blender’, in 2021 is a key milestone in achieving this ambition. Our carbon neutral ambition has informed the vision for the blender since day one. You’ll be involved in integrating the Blender into our supply chain.
