Job description summary:
You will lead recruitment from our UK MBA source schools (London Business School, Oxford Said & Cambridge Judge) and IESE in Barcelona and support recruiting activity on campus at INSEAD business school.
Time will predominantly be spent on INSEAD, London Business School and IESE (covering all aspects of the recruitment cycle from attraction events, leading interview days and managing offeree experience).
Specific responsibilities will include strategically planning the recruiting calendar, planning and executing campus events and interview days, managing all communications with campuses, offices and students, where you will act as a primary contact for candidates, helping them progress through the recruiting cycle.
You will also manage a large volume of online applications, regularly engaging with the recruiting system to track candidate's progress, and creating reports in order to conduct analysis at the end of each recruiting season. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing and tracking a recruiting budget.
