Job description summary:
You will play an active part in the creation and implementation of our recruiting strategy in the UK, and taking ownership of your allocated campus work streams.
In this role you will be a key contact for campus candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle, including attraction, selection and offer stage. As part of this you will help create and drive on- and offline recruiting events and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and HR. Additionally, you will support the team with management and analysis of relevant department data and systems. Lastly, you will work on a variety of (ad-hoc) recruitment projects.
There is flexibility to hire at either the Junior Recruiter or Recruiter level depending on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
