Role overview:

The job holder is responsible for leading a team of 4 business analysts and application support analysts. The role includes responsibility for planning and managing the IT budget for the allocated area of responsibility. The Delivery Manager will work with leaders in the business and technology to define shared goals and develop plans to maintain and improve the applications supporting the business.

The Delivery Manager requires strong leadership skills, project and financial planning skills, people management skills, strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of technology including strong governance around business delivery, risk management, efficiency and cost optimisation.
  • Deliver change to high quality within budget and time constraints
  • Continuously improve application stability
  • Build and develop the team
  • Driving a programme of continuous improvement across application development and support.
