SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) London Beyond Barriers: Our first graduate-focused programme was launched in February 2022. The Beyond Barriers programme specifically provides up to six months of support to underserved and underrepresented graduates who have yet to secure full-time gainful employment. The programme is sponsored by Barclays Citizenship. Participants will get access to tailored employability bootcamps and online resources, a mentor, and regular support and care from the SEO London team to help them get into work.
The programme is centred and tailored to give candidates personalised support to boost their confidence, help them think creatively about their career and improve those key employability skills.
Two cohorts of 70 graduates will be recruited in January and July every year, with applications open twice a year, in November/December and April/May.

ELIGIBILITY
The Beyond Barriers programme is open to candidates that:

Graduated in or after 2021,
-
are unemployed or not have not yet secured full-time employment,
-
meet one or more of the following criteria:

graduated from a non-Russell Group university,
-
identify as a person from a Black heritage or ethnically diverse background,
-
identify as a person from a low socioeconomic background.
