The SEO London Investment Banking Programme provides outstanding undergraduates from ethnic minority groups under-represented in the City, the unparalleled opportunity to gain first year insights, summer internships and graduate roles at some of the most prestigious investment banks in the UK. SEO also provides students with extensive training, mentoring and networking services, linking students not only to the firms they work with, but to opportunities and experienced professionals throughout the industry. By doing so, SEO London equally serves the diversity recruitment policies of its sponsor firms, as well as training a future generation of business and community leaders.

SEO provides a range of opportunities with its partner investment banks for undergraduates in all years of study

• For first year students, SEO hosts a First Year Fast Track Programme, providing students with a 2 day insight into investment banking. The SEO FYFT can also lead to spring/insight internships with partner firms
• For penultimate year students, SEO offers summer internships at all of our partner firms, across all investment banking business areas
• For final year students, SEO offers graduate opportunities at all of our partner firms across all investment banking business areas
